Tava Mix for 2 £84444.50   King Prawn on Puri £6.80  
Chicken tikka, malai, tikka, seekh kebab all cooked in a clay oven then served on a sizzling tava pan which is a slightly concave disc-shaped griddle.   King Prawns cooked with various spices, onion, tomato and bell peppers, and then served on thin Indian puri bread.

Chicken breast marinated in fresh cream, yogurt, cheese, lemon juice, garlic, ginger, cumin, white pepper, then put on a skewer and cooked in a clay oven.   Prawns cooked with various spices, onion, tomato and bell peppers, and then served on thin Indian puri bread.

Chicken breast marinated in yogurt, olive oil, mustard, cumin, garlic, ginger, tandoori masalla, then put on a skewer and cooked in a clay oven.   Finely chopped and spiced chicken breast cooked with onion, tomato and bell peppers, and then served on thin Indian puri bread.

Chicken breast marinated in yogurt, lemon juice, garlic, ginger, cumin, white pepper, then put on a skewer and cooked in a clay oven. Finally pan fried with bell peppers, onions and tomatoes.   Cod fillet, coated in a spiced gram flour batter and deep fried to a golden glow.

Pieces of chicken tikka coated in a spiced gram flour batter and deep fried.   Minced lamb mixed with herbs and spices, then put on a skewer and cooked in a clay oven.

Mixed vegetables, coated in a spiced gram flour batter and deep fried.   Lamb chops marinated in yogurt, olive oil, mustard, cumin, garlic, ginger, garam masalla, then cooked over a charcoal grill.

Thin strips of onion mixed with egg, yellow lentils and spiced gram flour, and then deep fried.   Minced lamb, lentils, herbs and spices cooked and shaped like discs, coated with egg and shallow fried.

Cauliflower coated in a spiced gram flour batter and deep fried.   Triangular homemade pastry filled with spiced lamb mince cooked with onion, tomato and bell peppers, then deep fried to a golden glow.  
           
Vegetable Samosa £4.90   Pickle Tray £2.90  
Triangular homemade pastry filled with fresh spiced vegetables, onion, tomato, bell peppers and then deep fried to a golden glow.   Our pickle tray consists of: mango chutney, yogurt mint sauce, cranberry chutney, chopped onion and tomato chutney, very much recommended with popadoms.  
           
All starters served with fresh salad and yogurt mint sauce.
